The science of baking has always been a great passion, inspired by my mother and Austrian grandmother who both spent long hours in the kitchen preparing fabulous meals and scrumptious desserts.

After building a commercial kitchen on my property, I continued my quest to perfect classic favorites and create original desserts. I use top quality ingredients to achieve the finest flavors along with carefully crafted visual creations.

In my "Laboratory" I have developed over 100 original recipes. A few of the signature desserts I have developed are my Carrot Pear Cake; fluffy, light Cheesecake; Miss Leslie's C5 Cookies (Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Chili Cookies); Miss Leslie's Melt in Your Mouth P-Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies; Miss Scarlet's Chocolate Chip Cookies with Dried Bing Cherries; and Miss Scarlet's Chocolate Chip Cookies with Dried Cranberries.
