The science of baking has always been a great passion, inspired by my mother and Austrian Grandmother who both spent long hours in the kitchen preparing fabulous meals and scrumptious desserts.

After building a commercial kitchen on my property, I continued my quest to perfect classic favorites and create original desserts. I use top quality ingredients to achieve the finest flavors along with carefully crafted visual creations.

In my "Laboratory" I have developed over 100 original recipes. A few of the signature desserts I have developed are my Carrot Pear Cake; fluffy, light Cheesecake; Miss Leslie's C5 Cookies (Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Chili Cookies); Miss Leslie's Melt in Your Mouth P-Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies; Miss Scarlet's Chocolate Chip Cookies with Dried Bing Cherries; and Miss Scarlet's Chocolate Chip Cookies with Dried Cranberries.

For my 50th birthday gala we experienced a Miss Leslie cake. It was more than a delicious cake; it was a work of art! The icing ribbons flowed from the cake onto an exquisite bed of flowers. Unbelievably, it tasted better than it looked.
My guests and I were impressed. I have since called upon Miss Leslie for small dinner party desserts and summer pool party treats. I have continued to be impressed by her professional approach, timeliness and delicate flavors.
