I wanted to let you know that the wedding cake you prepared for the Taylor-Caballero wedding was absolutely perfect.  Nearly everyone at the reception (50 or so) commented on what a delicious cake and great frosting!  We saved the top Chocolate Mint layer until the 7th to celebrate the grooms birthday as that is his favorite flavor.  There is one piece left in my refrigerator that I'm hiding from my husband.  Otherwise, if he sees it, it will all disappear!  We'll probably enjoy dividing it up for dessert this evening.  It was beautiful to look at, a delight to cut into, and delicious to savor!  Thanks so much.  I'll be in touch with you for future baking needs.  Sarah Taylor

Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with the cake! It was outstanding! We really, really enjoyed it....I have eaten many a carrot cake in my lifetime, but yours definitely was my favorite! Loved the pear in it and the frosting was outstanding! We didn't finish the whole cake because we had to go home, but I scraped off all of the frosting and ate it! :)

Thank you for such a wonderful job on the cake. It was beautiful and designed exactly the way we envisioned.
