I created the C5 back in 1986 soon after I moved to The Land of Enchantment. Chili is such a big part of the culture in New Mexico and so I began experimenting with chocolate cookies and chili. The C5 (Chocolate Chocolate Chip Chili Cookie) was perfected, packaged and sold to local Santa Fe specialty stores, health food stores and The Coyote Cocina (The Coyote Café General Store).

I later found out that a C5 is actually a plastic explosive manufactured by the government!

At the same time I created the perfect Melt in Your Mouth P-Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie and distributed this product as well. I also have other varieties of cookies, such as Melt In Your Mouth Peanut Butter Chip Cookies, and Miss Scarlet's Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Dried Cranberries or Dried Bing Cherries).
